Summary
JANBU collects no personal information and sends no data anywhere. The app does not communicate over the internet at all.
Information we do not collect
- Personal details such as your name or email address
- Location
- Contacts, photos, camera or microphone
- Device identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Usage, interaction logs or analytics
- Crash logs
- Purchase history (handled by the App Store; the developer never sees it)
What is stored on your device only
- Your practice results: questions answered, accuracy, streaks
- The display language you chose
- Volume and mute settings
- The tile back colour you chose
- Your best score in Time Attack mode
These stay in local storage on your device and are never transmitted. They are deleted when you delete the app. The developer has no way to read them.
Network use
The app has no networking. Every feature works in airplane mode.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party components (SDKs) for advertising, analytics, payments or social login. Because no data is collected, there is no data to share with anyone.
Children's privacy
Because no information is collected, nothing is collected from users of any age.

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
